In Hindi grammar, the names of the characters or letters of the alphabet (वर्णमाला के अक्षर - अ, क, ख, ग, म, य, etc.) are inherently treated as Masculine nouns (पुल्लिंग). The only major exceptions to this grammatical rule are the vowel letters इ, ई, and ऋ, which are treated as Feminine (स्त्रीलिंग). Thus, omitting exceptions, alphabet names are masculine.
