The drafting committee wrote the Indian Constitution in which language?

The Drafting Committee, headed by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, drafted the original text of the Indian Constitution entirely in English. Later, a constitutional translation committee put together an official Hindi version, and both signed versions (the calligraphed English and Hindi copies) are preserved in the Parliament Library.
