The Indian Government scheme, STARS (Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for states) project has signed in agreement with __________ on 28 January 2021.

The Ministry of Education, Department of Economic Affairs, and the World Bank signed a financial agreement for the implementation of the STARS project on 28 January 2021. The total project cost is supported by a financial assistance of $500 million from the World Bank.
