Under which amendment of the Indian Constitution was the voting age reduced from 21 to 18 years?

The 61st Constitutional Amendment Act of 1988 reduced the voting age for elections to the Lok Sabha and to the Legislative Assemblies of States from 21 years to 18 years. This amendment modified Article 326 of the Constitution of India and came into force on March 28, 1989.
