Under which article of the Constitution the President can take over the administration of a State in his own hand?

Article 356 of the Indian Constitution, popularly known as "President's Rule" or State Emergency, empowers the President to suspend state government machinery and take over administrative functions if they are satisfied that a situation has arisen where the government of the state cannot be carried on in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
