What is the most important for the training of right behaviour in students?

According to observational learning theories (such as Albert Bandura's Social Learning Theory), modeling or the presentation of right behaviour by educators and elders is the most powerful tool for instilling desirable habits and values in students. Children learn significantly more by observing demonstrated actions than through verbal reinforcement or punishments alone.
