Which amendment converted the right to property from a fundamental right to a simple legal right under article 300A?

The 44th Constitutional Amendment Act of 1978 removed the Right to Property from the list of Fundamental Rights (Article 19(1)(f) and Article 31) and made it a constitutional/legal right under Article 300A.
