Which commission examined Center-State relations?

The Sarkaria Commission was set up by the Central Government in 1983 to examine the relationship and balance of power between the Centre and the States and suggest structural changes. The Rajamannar Committee was set up by the Tamil Nadu government for a similar purpose, but among the proper Central commissions listed, the Sarkaria Commission is the primary apex answer.
