Which Fundamental Rights cannot be suspended during a National Emergency under Article 359?

Following the democratic safeguards enacted by the 44th Amendment Act of 1978, the President's authority to suspend the right to approach the courts under Article 359 was restricted. Specifically, the enforcement of Article 20 (Protection in respect of conviction for offenses) and Article 21 (Protection of life and personal liberty) can never be suspended during any National Emergency.
