Which is the 'Soul' of the Indian Constitution?

The Preamble is traditionally and widely referred to as the "Soul of the Indian Constitution" as it encapsulates the foundational philosophies, ideals, and objectives envisioned by the makers of the Constitution. Note that while Dr. B.R. Ambedkar specifically called Article 32 (Right to Constitutional Remedies) the "heart and soul," the Preamble itself is generally termed the "Soul of the Constitution" in standard constitutional commentary.
