Which of the following carries oxygenated blood?

Generally, veins carry deoxygenated blood back to the heart, and arteries carry oxygenated blood away from the heart. However, the pulmonary blood vessels are exceptions. The pulmonary veins carry freshly oxygenated blood from the lungs back to the left atrium of the heart. Conversely, the pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs.
