Who acts as the President of India in the absence of both the President and the Vice-President?

Under the President (Discharge of Functions) Act, 1969, if the offices of both the President and Vice-President fall vacant simultaneously, the Chief Justice of India (CJI), or in their absence, the senior-most judge of the Supreme Court available, discharges the functions of the President.
