Who administers the oath of office to a State Governor?

According to Article 159 of the Indian Constitution, every Governor has to make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in the presence of the Chief Justice of the High Court exercising jurisdiction in relation to that State, or, in their absence, the senior-most Judge of that Court available.
