Who administers the Oath of office to the Governor of a State in India?

Under Article 159 of the Indian Constitution, every person appointed to be a Governor must make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in the presence of the Chief Justice of the High Court exercising jurisdiction in relation to that State, or, in their absence, the senior-most Judge of that Court available.
