Who set up the Indian Independence League?

The Indian Independence League was a political organization founded by the veteran revolutionary leader Rash Behari Bose in Tokyo, Japan, in 1942. Its main objective was to organize Indians residing outside India to overthrow British colonial rule. Later, during the Bangkok Conference, Subhas Chandra Bose was invited to lead the league and the Indian National Army (INA).
