Who started the newspaper Shom Prakash?

Shom Prakash was a weekly Bengali newspaper started in 1858 by the famous intellectual and social reformer Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar along with Dwarakanath Vidyabhusan who served as its editor. It played a major role in highlighting social issues and supporting the Indigo Revolt.
